ISO 9001-2008: Since 2001 Grupo Cabezut has followed the ISO certification process, which guarantees the quality of our services through all the aspects of our processes and procedures. This is also a guarantee of quality and compliance with the agreed service level between Grupo Cabezut and our clients.

C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorsim): Our office located in Laredo, Texas has received the C-TPAT certification, which is a U.S. CBP program that aims to guarantee trade through a series of comprehensive security measures, without creating additional obstacles to the foreign trade. To be eligible for this certification, Grupo Cabezut has complied with regulations such as: supply chain assurance, identification of potential security breaches and implementation of best practices and specific security measures. In addition to this, Grupo Cabezut has shown to have a consistent security profile to be able to receive this certification. What C-TPAT means for our customers is a decreased probability of shipments being inspected, expediting the crossing of merchandise significantly.

FAST lane (Free And Secure Trade): Our office in Laredo, TX participates in this CBP program, focused on expediting the crossing of low risk merchandise. To get this certification Grupo Cabezut has complied with a series of strict requirements regarding the security profile and procedures within the company. The FAST lane is a lane with an expedited crossing procedure, with lower probability of inspection and even if an inspection is required, it will always be “the next in line”, minimizing the delay.

FDA: Food and beverages handling and storage permit (Laredo, TX). This permit is handled by Registrar Corp. on behalf of the FDA and certifies that our premises, infrastructure and procedures are adequate for the handling of human and animal consumption products, maintaining its security and innocuousness.

HAZMAT Certification (Laredo, TX). This permit is issued by the city of Laredo and the Laredo Fire Department, and certifies that our facilities and procedures are adequate for the handling and storage of hazardous substances within our premises.
